No relationship is perfect all the time. But in a healthy relationship, both people feel good about the relationship most of the time. A great relationship takes more than a drag - it takes work, and you both have to be willing to put in the effort. Here are some tips for building healthy relationships:
1.Love yourself. Being comfortable with who you are means that you will be happy partner.
2.Conveying. Talk with your partner about your feelings. Ask questions and listen to their answers. If you are angry, say so - do not make your partner try to figure out what happened. Talking through issues to build trust and make your relationship stronger. And it's not all about how to handle your problem - do not forget to let them know when they are doing something that makes you happy.
3.Honest. To be honest with each other about what you do, think, and feel. Honesty creates trust. Some things harm the relationship more than a lie.
4.Give each other some space. a great pair, but spend all your time together is not. It's healthy to have friends and your own interests outside the relationship.
5.Agree to disagree. You are not always going to see eye to eye, and it was OK. The important thing is to respect the opinions and ideas of each.
6.Forgive and ask for forgiveness. Everybody makes mistakes. Willing to apologize to you - and your partner received an apology.
7.Mutual support. When your partner does something great, tell them! Your partner should do the same for you.
